Just took my laptop in to see if I can repair it without my receipt. Nat the store manager went above and beyond to help me find my receipt and put through a claim while doing 10 other things at the same time. And was smiling and cheerful the entire time. Very impressive customer service and great attitude. I will definitely buy with jb again.

After failing to get a hold of someone in the department I needed, I had to go in. After some time on the computer, finding out my warranty was valid for my Mavic Pro drone etc. I was hooked up with a brand new drone AND controller. Thank you so much! Always satisfied with the outcome even though the process can be stressful. JB HIFI could use some more personnel if i can make one recommendation but otherwise I was quickly taken care of when i went in store.

I've bought numerous electronic items from this store. The staff are usually very helpful, reasonably knowledgeable, and prices are ok. They will bargain with you as well, to a point. On the odd occasion I have had issues, e.g. camera not up to standard or failing, they have refunded without question or fuss. Would I buy from th am again? Absolutely.

Used to be the go to shop for me always to buy ps4 games or movies but not anymore. Bought a game for $79 and wanted to exchange next day for another of equal value as game was a let down but was told they did not do that and can only trade in and most likely get half the value. In end i got less then half.... sad really as i used to love jb hi fi but now just see them as rip off merchants

Staff at the store is friendly and helpful. However, the supply chain system is not great. Ordered a piano to be delivered on 11 Nov but only received the goods a week later. The bad thing is no communication was made to inform me that the goods was not in stock hence not ready for delivery! Even the warehouse staff is not sure where my order is... Wasted my saturday waiting for the goods!
