Customer service returns service is pathetic, they hand you a phone to speak to their liquidation company who don't answer the phone, even though I have a valid receipt. The Australian Consumer Watchdog should take them out of business.
Great shop and very good service its ashame its closing down. My only negative with Bardot Junior is its a little bit too pricy I feel if their prices were a little lower more people would have shopped there. Better too have lower and sell a lot rather than too high and sell too little
This store is absolutely disgusting and very poor service, not even worth the one star. the staff is really rude especially the old lady that works there. Very unprofessional and they treat customers like sh**. I will not recommend anyone to go to this store.
