Terrible customer service from ANESSA at the Service Desk next to the Toy department. She was so lazy and have no clue about Big W replenishment and apparel knowledge. How did Big W employed such a clueless and rude staff like ANESSA in the first place??nShe needs to go if Big W wants to compete with Kmart. I bought from Kmart instead because of her incompetent and unacceptable customer service.
So much varieties of general and basic needs, particularly for home and whole family. The store is neat and tidy, the stocks are properly displayed, presentable and pleasantly situated in each of its designated area in the shop. U can shop comfortably, anytime as long as U want, without any uniformed security guards or staff or managers keeping an eye on U, or follow U like U r a certified thief, intimidating and somehow makes U feel bad .nDiscounts are available. Returns and refunds are managed without any fuss. ...good on u big W employees!nlooking for something new or nice to buy.
The older lady working on the self checkouts this afternoon around 1:30pm was so incredibly rude. She completely ignored customers who needed assistance. Another customer wanted bricks and she was shaking her head and threw them over the counter. She seemed very unfriendly and customers were inconveniencing her when asking for help. She purposely made us all wait and took her time to come over and scan her card. If she can’t handle it then get another job. No need to be rude to customers. I bought one item and it took me 20 minutes to check out. Terrible customer service
I purchased 2 pool umbrellas with base from Big W app. Upon receiving them via delivery, they were missing the bases. I went into BW Bankstown to see how I can fix this matter and I was advised that these were third-party purchases and had nothing to do with Big W as these were Market place goods. They were very unhelpful and said there is nothing they can do. I had to Email and wait for a reply. I asked to speak to the manager, but she was not there and he could only speak to her on the phone and she was also very unhelpful. There was no manager on site at 430pm in Big W. He advised me to go to bunning and purchase them from there as I needed them for an event tomorrow. Shocking is all I can say. Very unprofessionl.
Great store featuring most of the expected offerings similar to most stores; however, it is a slightly larger storefront, which may allow it to stock a broader selection of items, including some exclusive products not commonly found elsewhere.
