I visited Big W, located in Bankstown Central. Despite being in a rush, I still managed to locate the items I required. Therefore, the store is quite well-organised. Also, I was very impressed with the customer service that I received.
Don't advertise 2-hour pickup if you're not going to commit to the service. nWaited the 2 hours for my click-and-collect order - that is advertised online - then waited in-store for another hour after being told by one staff member that they'd likely have it out shortly. After the extra hour of waiting, another staff member told me that I just wouldn't get it and that the 2-hour click and collect isn't a service they provide.nWaste of my time and patience.
Exceptional customer service from staff at store entry to throughout the store made shopping there today most pleasant.nGreat selection of Easter goodies.nI liked the winter clothing available and the pricing too.
The worst big w in Sydney. I called twice before visiting the party section. I was told that they don’t do online orders or phone orders for helium balloons and that I should visit in person which I did at 5.20 pm. They told me that they close at 7pm. When I got there at 5.20pm they said that the staff closed the section at 4pm and went home. I literally just wanted to place the order to pick up on Wednesday. Such unprofessional staff. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Train your staff better with the correct info. Even the chat bot/website says that they close at 7pm!!
Just dropped in and received bad attitude. I asked a worker in the bedding isle very politely if I could get past her trolley. Just got eye roll and bad attitude. When I told her don’t worry and started walking around she screams out “go”. It happens at 2.04pm of this is monitored.
