The girls here are super sweet I got one on one attention from all of them there, each helped me pick nice sets and flattering pieces that I could wear to a shoot I had, they were rushing to close the store but still were polite. Only problem was a tag was left on the bodysuit but the next day it was taken back and one of the same girls happily assisted in removing it and apologized for it being left on. Very welcoming team!
Every time I go to the one in Bankstown they never greet me and they don't ask if I'm a member which I am. Dare I say that they only really want to help people who look like them, and yet I grew up in the area, it's ridiculous. I went in there the other day and the shop assistant was on her phone behind the counter, and it took her a long ten seconds before she realised there was a woman waiting to be served by her.
The manager Jordan is my hero! She fitted me with the perfect bra for the first time in my life. I've bought 5 of the same bra. Highly recommend being fitted here and purchasing bras from here. Most comfortable bra IMO in the photo
I have purchased many items from this store over the years, for myself and also lovely gifts. They stock fabulous lingerie, pyjamas and lounge wear. Their items wear and wash well and the staff are always helpful with sizing, suggestions and locating items for you.
The stuff work today , talk really bad ,if she tired or not ready for work just go home and take a rest , I understand she busy but I didn’t do anything wrong just only asked about the sides of bodysuit and she was shouting at me OMG!!! She should be nice or talk nice with customers..
