Went to bankstown vodafone today the store next to kmart. Danielle was super efficient, professional and friendly. I reactivated 3 SIMS. She processed things efficiently, also put me through to the customer service call centre and I spoke with Shaheed and he also was professional, friendly and efficient. I ordered iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB and it was a purple colour. After I ordered I realised I like the gold colour most. But the problem is, the team members specially Deval and the Samara they said I cannot change my mind. They were so rude. They do not know how to behave with the customers.

Jinnat in the shop was so patient and professional when he helped myself an my husband to choose our new phones. He helped us to transfer all the data from the old phone as well and it was a seamless transition for us. We have been dreading to change our phones worrying about the change over process but Jinnat has made the process so easy for us. We would like to highly recommend their service!

Seriously annoying staff. Not helpful. Don’t care unless you are going to sign up to a new contract. Even if you are on an old contract they do not wish to help you because it doesn’t make them money.
Super bad service from manager , escalating issues instead of solving it. Very bad service been twice to the store .
