Today i had the experience of a lovely girl by the name of Grace, who went over and beyond in helping me with purchasing gifts for my grandaughter. Grace has the perfect customer service that lacks in alot of retail shops today, nothing was an effort for her, her smile and expertise was sensational. Thank you Grace you're an asset to Smiggles store at Bankstown.

This place is too expensive for kids items. Plus the person that served me was very rude and in a hurry to close the shop. She rushed me to get anything for a discount and lied to me saying they don't have any return policy BUT when I read on the the return policy paper on the counter I knew something was wrong so I started questioning her because I was a confused customer. I didn't like the way I was treated, I felt like I was treated as if I came from another planet. Not only that but she was raising her voice at me and made me buy some thing I didn't want or need and now I want my money back. I can use all those money she made me spend in the store, online for at a cheaper price. I'd rather that than being ripped off by thieves no offence. This place has no respect or manners whats so ever, especially for the new customers and now you have a very angry customer. Very immature and disrespectful! How dare you!
The 2 ladies that work there are incredibly rude. I went in to return a bag I had purchased online and they both insisted I must purchase an item from their store in order to process the return. I told them I didn’t need to buy anything multiple times until they finally stopped insisting. Then they said instore purchases can only be returned within 14 days. I said I know but this bag was purchased online and I had my tax invoice with me to prove it which also stated on the back very clearly that I had 30 days to return. She wouldn’t even turn the tax invoice around to check and kept repeating that instore purchases must be returned within 14 days even though It wasn’t an instore purchase! I eventually got my refund but I will not be going in to that store ever again. They do not know their own terms and conditions nor how to deal with basic customer service!
When Smiggle pencilcases were on 25% off sale, I bought a black hardtop pencilcase, the sales person Suzana scanned it and told me to pay $17.95, as there's no price tag on, I asked her if she took 25% off, she said she did, so I made the payment. After I came home, I checked smiggle website and found I paid the full original price, she didn't take 25% off at all! So disappointing! I wont come to this shop again!
I can't get out of this place easily. I think it makes you addicted. Amazing stuff.. don't take your kids there they will make you spend hundreds of dollars lol
