Sam was a fantastic help. I got a second hand treadmill for free and was going to repair it. Sam however advised to throw it away as it was a very bad motor and not worth fixing. I asked him for advice on a value for money model and he went out of his way to even send me a link to a treadmill on marketplace. I ended up picking up the treadmill for free and I now have a $1500 treadmill that works perfectly with no work required to it. Thank you Sam you are amazing, honest and I will definitely refer you to others. If only you had a brother who was a mechanic, then life would be bliss.

Nothing but positive experiences with Sam! I feel so fortunate to have come across such a skilled individual who went above and beyond to service my needs. He clearly is passionate about what he does and this is reflected in his work and mannerisms, in addition to his expansive knowledge. Having an older style treadmill, I wasn't sure about the possibility of repairing what was needed, but Sam did so with such ease, following up with instructions to keep it running smoothly. I gave 5 stars as I was very impressed my treadmill got fixed within 24 hours of making initial contact. Sam was very friendly, prompt, honest and also educated us on how to look after our treadmill for the long run. Will definitely be recommending to him to all our family and friends
Naively thought I could assemble our new Vision R600e recumbent bike. Inevitably ran in to problems and found these guys. Answered my initial email on a Saturday and were out on Monday and problem solved. They worked it out and finished the assembly for me in under an hour. Money well spent. Very reliable and efficient and lesson learned although I also blame Vision’s assembly instructions.
I needed a treadmill moved upstairs that had to be dismantled and Sam is the only person that offered to have it serviced as well. He was very punctual, professional & friendly. Will be using Sam in the future and highly recommend him.
Not only was Sam extremely friendly and helpful, Sam took his time to explain to my 80 year old father how to service the treadmill in future. Sam rearranged the treadmill space so I can finally use the incline option after having the treadmill for one year I was never able to use the incline option due to the position of where the treadmill was. Thank you again Sam you were superb and made our day definitely recommend this guy to anyone. Sam goes above and beyond to ensure you’re happy. Oh forgot to mention Sam also fixed my laptop that decided to stop working on me : Man of many hidden talents I say.
Sam provided an absolutely amazing service on my treadmill this afternoon. Highly recommend. He was a star from my initial email with easy texts to arrange a time and arrived at a time that suited me and smack back on time. Sam did a thorough service and it’s now working perfectly!
