I've never had any issues here, I've been shopping at cex for a couple years now, everything is 2nd hand but they offer 2 years of warranty on all products and a 2 day change of mind policy so you swap what you bought for something else. I love the vibe when you walk in, the workers in this store are always energetic, and happy to help, even to just search for a movie title or game. I don't see why so many people have issues. I've even started to travel to other shops, and they're amazing as well! I'm happy and my kids are happy.

Rocked up this afternoon around 10mins before closing for a ps3 game and a controller charge cable..So chuffed they had it and to top it off they gave me the cable free of charge!! The two that served me (sorry I didn't get their names!) were very friendly, helpful and genuine. It has been several months since I last came here but seriously, this is best games store I know! : )

Great place and great service, keep in mind though the location on google maps is different from where it actually is. It is near Target and on the other side of Bankstown Central.

Bought a ps4 but the charger for controller wouldn’t fit bought a new one. then the controller wouldn’t sync so I swapped for another to find out it’s the console in the first place rubbish taking back this morning but the peeps are good it’s a shame one gronk doesn’t check things properly

Horrible Horrible Horrible service. Was front of the queue, waiting for a good 10 minutes which i appreciated as there was only two staff and lots of people. Told them I wanted to trade two phones in, to which i got pushed back and made to wait a further 10-15 mins. Then when it was finally my turn, told I couldnt be served for an hour because it was too busy. C'mon, EBGames did it in 5 minutes.
