I'd love to give less than 1 star. Bankstown branch is disgusting. They deal with people on a daily basis, yet, they do not know how to treat people with fairness and equity. You might get 1-3 good workers but the rest are following the manager, who, in all honesty, only cares about getting paid and not treating people with the aforementioned qualities. Trust me. You do not want to run in to her. They are the worst Optus branch by far and there is no better place in Bankstown to visit if you're in the mood to get your blood boiling. You'd think that after viewing their Google reviews, they'd pull their pants up, but, this is what you get when you put amateur teens and young adults in charge of a store. Absolutely disgraceful.

Worst customer service in this Bankstown branch, worst company policies in general, and a really nonchalance attitude when you walk in the store. They kept me waiting 30 minutes for an administrative task, granted it's not all their fault, it's the policies and procedures Optus has, but lessons to be learned never go with Telstra or Optus, they are bad companies and employ equally as bad staff. The manager was rude as hell, she's a disgrace and was really unhelpful. The staff were all international or clueless kids, Optus cuts corners, hires for cheap labour, both when you ring up and in store, yet charges its Australian customers top dollar for service. I don't get why the public doesn't learn, avoid Optus, they are scum, they don't even train their staff or keep them around long enough to learn how to deal with customers.

The worst Optus Store in Sydney, took a client over to have his number ported over from Telstra to Optus this store staff are unbelievable , Claudia rude obnoxious pushy and will not listen to customer needs when asking for the right phone for the right plan , tells me stock is not available , then when we say we will not proceed she just happens to find the stock, then when we ask for insurance she demands we take the extra device we did not want , when we ask for Rebecca to call us about her behavior Rebecca is not where to be found and does not return calls , Claudia still with her nose out of joint then proceeds not do all the correct paperwork and the phone port fails, we try to ring the store and you know what they have the number going over to H/ Q why cant we speak to any one in charge , We head out to Campletwon for the week end with no phones and they are able to fix up the mess , they explained the numbers had omitted various information , Give this store a wide berth until these useless staff are gone because you will get know success from them until then out of 10 i give them a 1

Optus customer service advised me to visit the store in person to activate my Apple iPhone, OK, upon arrival I was instructed to attend the Liverpool store.....somewhat frustrated at this comment I said, sorry that won’t be happening. Why can’t I do it here, looked to me like any other Optus store. Very sorry but you need to do that via your account, so instead of making efforts to solve my issue i.e log on there and then they simply pushed me back to customer service. This is not a customer Centric experience, sorry Bankstown Optus but you need to get better than this!
