Waited around for 30minutes while no one was at the shop. No sign as to when they would be coming back. If your gonna leave the kiosk unattended atleast leave a sign as to when you will be back. And its not the first time

Imran is the best customer service person I have ever meet. I had my phone fix by him in a very short time. It was an exceptional job. I would recommend others to see him with phone problems. Also the price was more cheaper than other Mobile Shop in the area.

Honesty, transparency, punctuality, courteous and good prompt service, are some of the characteristics that “Ali” the booth manager at Bankstown possess. Ali was straight forward honest with assessing what’s needed to fix my two iPhone 5s, he fixed both phones while I was waiting, he has even offered me a coffee while I was waiting to get my phones repaired. I’ll definitely go back again for any phone/tablet/iPad services and accessories, and I highly recommend that for everyone to go there and experience this themselves. Keep up the good work Ali, happy and proud to have met such a valuable technician
Tia and Ali are amazing at the mobile company In Centro Bankstown. They were Very friendly and very helpful and full of helpful information and answered all our questions in regards to my phone.Thank you so much for fixing my phone. Wish I could give 0 STARS. This place is garbage and if I can save one person from going here then I've done my job. FIrst time I go here, they said yes they'll fix repair my broken screen today when I asked them. Mind you, it was more expensive than other places $180 but because they said they'll fix my phone in an hour while I shopped I said OK. Worst mistake EVER! After shopping and shopping, I kept going back and back and was told "another half an hour, another five minutes" until it was nearly 5 hours. They lie to get your money. When they finally "fixed" it, it wasn't even working and the whole touch was barely functional so they wanted me to leave my phone overnight. I didn't have a replacement so had to go back another day. Went back and was told it'd be done quickly and I wouldn't need to go home and come back but surprise, surprise hours later before it was "finished" and once again it still wasn't working and the "technician" broke my side lock button on my phone. Pretended it was fine and gave it back to me before I checked and not only that, the screen was a different colour and slightly broken in the middle with a few small dots, the back and app switch buttons did not work. They said I can wait for them to order a new screen and button and it'll take a few weeks. I said ok and called a couple weeks later and I know for sure that they hadn't ordered the screen yet and made up some rubbish about the delivery taking a long time. Another few weeks later and the guy said it's still on its way so I waited again before another phone call. This time they said If I come, I can get a half refund if I leave the screen on or get a full refund if I get the screen of the phone taken off. I go back into the store wanting a full refund and between the time of my last visit and now, the cracks got bigger between then due to them giving me a faulty screen that already had cracks originating from the middle didn't drop the phone or anything!. They said that I'm no longer able to get a full refund now and only can get a half refund because the screen is cracked and they could no longer return it to where they got it from and say it was faulty and get their replacement screen even though it was their fault when they cracked it putting it on in the first place. I was offered a possible replacement phone if they can find one but I had to wait a few weeks for it and give them my phone for them to return. I was sick of waiting weeks and weeks and wasn't going to wait for something that was very likely to be another lie so I took the half refund. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOCKER OF A COMPANY! For all that time and money wasted I ended up with a worse phone. Never will I consider this place. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy
Imran and Aya have amazing customer service! I desperately needed my phone fixed and they really made it so much easier for me. They gave me more for less and I couldn't be happier with the results
