When I first saw ads for Bankstown sounds pricing, I thought this has to be a scam. But after doing some research I found that they simply are just great at what they do and their pricing wont be beaten! I ordered 2 Pioneer head units with reversing cameras and they arrived in 2 days at a price that none of the big retailers could come close to! Very happy customer! Cheers lads
Saw their pricing online for boxing day sales, but went in to the shop to ask some questions. Knowledgeable staff that pointed me in the right direction for an android auto head unit plus all the fitting gear for my Suzuki Swift. It all works great. Happy to support a great local business that works hard
Have already been three times to Bankstown Sound and Marine for my Vehicle Radio Head Unit and Sound needs, and have to say that Vasco, Tony and rest of the staff are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Affordable and good reasonable prices and plenty of stock/range to choose from. Very happy with the service. I'm definitely going back again when required. Highly recommend them.
Legends! What else can I say... Great priced gear during the sale period, and super amazing support. I'd decided to change part of the order also and they fixed it right up, no issues. Further, the guys were then super helpful with guiding part of the install when I'd overlooked a simple plug config stupid mistake - happens when its been such a long time since an install. Super happy with the support, price, product and all round experience! Thanks once again guys!
Recently got Sony XAV-AX5000 head unit for my car. The price was much cheaper than any of the other shops here in WA. Order was fuss free and shipment was quite fast. Satisfied with the product quality as well, highly recommended.
Nothing short of AMAZING - highly recommend! My stereo stopped working and I came into Bankstown Sound and Marine looking for a replacement. For someone who doesn’t know much about car stereo systems Vas was super helpful and took the time to explain and walk me through the available options. You can tell he has your best interest at heart and doesn’t try to upsell you things you don’t need. He was able to get my unit installed for $200 less than another store even after their Black Friday sale price and got it installed 3 weeks earlier! Once it was all set up Vas walked me through all the functions and made sure I was comfortable before driving away. I was looked after every step of the way - customer service at its finest! Massive thanks to Vas and his team!!
First time visiting this store was during their sale event, As busy as it was the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this store if you’re looking for any automotive or marine audio upgrades.
Very competitive price for Kenwood Headunit I purchased for delivery to Brisbane suburb. Professional and Shaun assisted to expedite my delivery which arrived in good condition. Definetly pwould recommend.
I only placed my order today, so haven't received my items as yet, but I called to check that I was buying the correct accessories, and had the best service. Extremely helpful and knowledgable with each of the parts needed. 10/10 so far.
After trying to phone a shop locally several times in ACT with no answer, I decided to try Bankstown sound , and they picked up straight away and gave me all the information I was chasing and all the model numbers for the accessories required to fit my vehicle and head unit that I was purchasing, with that I went online to their user friendly site and made my purchase with ease.
