Went in for a replacement or repair of a jammed hub, and in the end I needed to order new parts. The process was extremely smooth and within two days, I received a call saying they had arrived in store. A huge thanks to Connor for going above and beyond to help me out with reinstalling parts as I didn't have the tools to do so, and to Declan for being extremely comprehensive, going out of his way to help me fine tune the tightness of my cone. Both are very patient and kind, demonstrating excellent customer service.

Got to be honest. Out of most other bike stores the customer service is consistent here and the guys are approachable. The staff are always trying their best to answer your questions and give information they know by personal experience or by finding out through other more experienced staff. Feedback is always positive with staff providing the best possible recommendations for varying questions that may be asked.

Great service guys that have time to give good advice to an amateur repairer like me, not only that, but they have all the parts/tools that one could need and went through with me how to install/use them.

Mid way through a ride from chatswood to Auburn when both of my tires punctured. The man from NZ was super helpful, changing both inner tubes on a Sunday afternoon on the spot! He was a life saver. 99 bikes always provides great service and sell top quality bikes. If in the area this shop will look after all riding needs.
