The two girls who greeted me upon walking into the shop were friendly and helpful. Zac served me, and his customer service level and knowledge of his field bio mechanics is invaluable when it comes to choosing the right shoes. I only went there for shoes, but the shop was full of other sporting equipment and clothing. Easy parking too.

I had the best experience ordering shoes online with this company. Sebastian went above and beyond with his customer service. One of the pairs I ordered was out of stock in my size, so he when though all other options I could have in my size. Not only was he helpful with explaining which would be best for me but also did it fast and nothing was to much for him. Thanks again Sebastian you made my day in this new world we live in

Too expensive and there clothes dont last long
It’s a shame I can even rate them a star. They don’t deserve any stars. I bought a trampoline from them that didn’t even last 5 months mind you we only used it 3-4 times and that’s itand they said they can’t return it or fix it because it’s no longer under warranty. It took us months to assemble but when we did after 4 uses it broke!!! Waste of my money !!!!! Worst customer service as well .. he started swearing at me instead the other way around!!! Stay away
The guy that sold me the shoes was niceish, but I thought he was highly unprofessional, I came in to buy shoes but he made me feel uncomfortable and pushed that he was a personal trainer on to me. He was telling me he could train me. I just came into the shop for sneakers, he insisted I was a size 8, I told him That it’s too tight and my toes hurt and I don’t think they fit,. He refused to listen to me.. I walked out the shop. Couldn’t wear my almost 300 dollar shoes, so upset I cried to my sister she dragged me to the shop again. The guy would only swap them with a half a size bigger, I hate my shoes, my toes are always touching the top my shoe, very uncomfortable, if I wear them my toes always end up hurting.. what a waste of almost $ 300. This happened about 6 months ago, I was reminded of the pain in my toes when I wore the sneakers to the Easter show, what a bad idea the toes where killing me all day. Thanks to a sales guy that wouldn’t listen to me!! Thanks for Wasting 300 dollars of mine !!
