Needed 4 staff members to put my transaction through, took over an hour to work out and then another 40 minutes to bring my product to me as they had 1 young poor guy runing back and forth during christmas time. Staff had no idea what to do except "goof it". Very unorganised and under trained. Parramatta toys r us is much more organised and easy.

Very unfriendly stuff and service, talked to branch manager regarding an issue, she is even more unfriendly and rude. I suggest,look for different shop /branch if you can. In similar price range you will get better service and quality.

The customer service at this store was absolutely amazing. We were served by Ninsen who was professional, helpful and very friendly. She went above and beyond with organising an item for me which I appreciate. Great selection of toys at good prices and some good sale items.
