Best place to get baby products! The staff are very friendly here but they seem to be understaffed so sometimes we might have to wait for long to be served. They tend have more discounts in store than on the online store. Highly recommend this place!

Picked up an order (Bankstown). I had to wait an hour for someone in the delivery bay. I asked if the person would go over the order with me. He turned around and told me i know what im doing you dont need to check it. Very arrogant person. Guess what when i got home they have given me wrong product. Phone lines have been down, so i ask for a call back via fb messanger. They completely ignored me. Too add they pushed me to pick up stock over the weekend. They did not have an item and gave me the floor stock without a discount on it. The brackets for that particular item would of been great.

From the floor staff to the manager, the service is just unparalleled, very impressive. They understand the true meaning of customer care and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

Worst experience i have ever had. Customer service is non existent. Manager is hopeless left me waiting for 15minutes while he served someone buying an expensive car seat while i was only looking for a walker. Clearly your staff work on commission, tell your middle age female staff members that twirling their hair and popping chewing gum bubbles is disgusting. If zero was a rating thats what you would have received.

Called up that store to see if they can do the price match and confirmed that it's ok. Arrived at the store only to find out that that they can not match that price even though I have already told the price over the phone. wasted if time and take no responsibility. Will be my last shop ever with Babybounce and will not recommend family and friend to go there. Better stay clear from that shop.
