Great experience. Walked in. Told them what I want. Got it done. walked out in 5 minutes with everything I needed to refurb my old burners grill plates and hot stone tray with the stones. They also discounted the sale too. Great service. Reccommend to everyone.
The customer service in this place needs a lot of work. I went to this place on boxing day to try to find a cheap barbeque that I thought they had. When there wasn't anything available in that price range instead of kindly offering alternatives, the man began slightly raising his voice saying things like "we don't sell trash here," and "our products aren't cheap." That was a low blow especially when he suggested to go to another shop if we want to buy that sort of barbeque, which seemed to me like he was insinuating to buy cheap trash. Very important lesson for the staff of Barbeques Galore; you need to treat your customers with respect and show courtesy because without customers, you don't have business. The shop is set up very nicely, and such effort into presentation means nothing if service isn't good.
Walked into store and wanted to buy few items but this bankstown store was more interested in socializing with each other than even asking if we wanted help. We walked around twice looking for the items we wanted to buy but the 4 men who were supposed to be working just stood/sat at the counter talking to each other. Felt like l was in there home not a shop.. customer service nil. Would never return to this bankstwon store...
This bbq galore store at bankstown nsw is truely really good the staff who work here are very nice and friendly very good and quick service as well .plenty of parking space as well come down here a d by a bbq , heaters , outdoor heaters , outdoor furniture , etc . I been here more than 10 times . These guys deserve 10 stars .
Recently purchased a Saxon Walnut wood heater from the Bankstown branch. Installer came out but was unable to perform the installation as the inner shield for the flue kit was overlooked and not ordered with the other package components. BBQ's Galore now need to order this part in and have refused to absorb the cost for the inner shield $66, stating that it is classed as an "Accessory" item - however the product brochure supplied by them clearly states it is part of the Maxiheat decromesh default flue kit. This has now delayed the installation by 1 week and another day we need to take off work. Poorly handled situation and will not be recommending this branch to friends and family.
Super helpful owner/manager, ready with plenty of helpful suggestions when asked. Nicely organized displays that are easy to browse, with plenty of options to choose from.
I've bought two BBQs at this BBQ Galore and have always received Top Service. It truly is a family experience by the team and give great deals also.
Great service a lot better than Cross Roads where I had to wait 6 weeks for a reply on a spare part

Nice, but i don't really know what to expect from them. Didn't buy anything so mabye ill go back another time
