2 star is not for the place or the collection. It's has great collection but It's because of the staff behaviour. I have purchased a rug and was served by a lady named "SANDY". Her behaviour was horrible. She was arrogant and mannerless. Hardly she knows how to behave with their customer. God knows why she got attitude as if she owns that store. I don't think, I would visit that store again just because of her behaviour.

Amart is great and they have great sales people they approach you with a comfortable and smiling face they ask if you need any help and if you do just call? Now that's what I like about there sales people 🖒

We were looking for computer desks and found good quality here with Resonable prices. Staff were helpful and even printed out the dimensions for us. Parking is available.

I gave 1 star because my recent experience with this shop. I was shopping around dining set and sofa. No stock for Settler dining set and Oracle corner Lounge suite with ottoman at my local store, then rang few AMART shops, only bankstown sales check the system and promised me to get the settler dining set delivered with one months as there was no stock in bankstwon but she can order transfer from other stores to make one set and deliver to me by beginning of April. I went to shop on the same dat, 17 March 2018 and confirmed with salesperson and paid full amount as I do not want to pay deposit and come back later on as it is too far. Anyway I double confirmed with store manager that I do need setter dining set ASAP, manager promised ASAP, no exact date but early April. I also mentioned if I do not get it by mid of April I will refund everything, No problem from manager I wait until 6 April and someone rang me from shop and said to me the dining set will be ready until mid of July, oh yeah, I did not write wrong , mid of July, I was so annoyed, Store manager promised me early April and I even gave them one more week and now they change 3 months later. I went to shop in the afternoon and get refund. Also when I paid I used my wife's credit card and my wife was not with me, no one asked me anything, when I refund they asked me about my wife, lucky I brought my wife with me otherwise I have to go again. The manager on the day i went for refund was friend and tried to help but too late, the other one already promised and damaged reputation. so no more shopping with this bankstown AMART anymore. wasting time.

Very helpful & affordable furniture. Purchased a couch combo online. they reduced the price online a day after we purchased it. We queried this & have matched the price! Very fair & will return again.
