Recently bought furniture sales process with Anita was fine. Delivery was an absolute nightmare. It wasn't until Melaine the customer service manager got involved that things then improved. Melaine was the most helpful person to deal with really fantastic customer service ! The delivery boys Jess and Cain were extremely lovely and such nice boys. I don't think the warehouse manager knows what their doing because three attempts for the correct item including damage done when delivered whole process was rather painful but things worked out for the best when Melanie got involved she sorted everything out for us

Would NOT recommend anyone to purchase at sleeping giants bankstown. Staff were very pushy and happy to collect your money but didn't keep their promises of following up on calls for delivery etc. Had to make all calls following up myself chasing their staff to confirm delivery date. Furniture also was delivered damaged. Got an offer of a display unit to replace the brand new item I had bought. Refused and asked politely for a new item to be sent to the store which I would pick up after I already paid for delivery. Got a call saying item had arrived only to be given the displayed item on arrival. Total waste of my time. Sleeping Giants you can have my money this time but will never be coming back or recommending anyone at all. Thank you but no thank you for such a negative experience...

Great customer service! They did everything to ensure I bought the bed I really wanted, within my budget!!!! Awesome range as well.
