Highly recommend this place!! Went there to get a replacement for the rubbish mattress we've been using and my gosh the experience was amazing! We were greeted by Rose, who briefly spoke to us asking our price range and type of mattress we prefer, then she took us to the Bed Match Machine, and let us try mattresses fitted to our results and they were awesome! She taught us the difference in springs and types and where they're from, and gave us a guide on what would be good for us, I must say I learnt a lot today! A mattress, 2 comfy pillows and a mattress protector all together was cheap thanks to the sale! Rose needs a raise! Thanks so much!! Super satisfied!! 😍😍

Marta has been the most fabulous saleswoman. My partner and i bought a mattress, bed frame and pillows from her. It was a great shopping experience and I can't praise her enough for her assistance. Thank you very much!!

Maria was amazing start to finish. As soon as we walked in, Maria greeted us and never left our sight. Maria was knowledgeable, gave us many options and her customer service was amazing. I have recommended Maria and her team at Snooze Bankstown to all my family and friends.

wE BOUGHT IT. Not knowing how to buy mattress, going to several shops with heaps of stress we ended in this very friendly informative shop. A caring nature, with efficient information and being real has allowed us to spend our money here. Thank you to Rose and Melissa for being so helpful and going above and beyond looking after your customers. If anyone wants to purchase mattress I highly recommend SNOOZE Bankstown.

Just had to write this review as i had the best service from Marta today!! She was friendly, full of knowledge and amazing, this store is lucky to have such a wonderful woman!
