Amazing ware house for stuffs. Best place for disposable boxes , plates , cutlery, cups etc. Prices are unbeatable. Love this place. Down sides is they prefer cash for card have surcharge. Plenary of parkings. Very busy all time specially on weekend.
Amazing warehouse full of treasures and necessities at unbeatable prices. We were highly pleased when my sister’s wedding items were all crossed off the list—even more happy by the lovely hands-on customer service we received. Highly recommend stopping here!
Dodgy - dishonest - inconsistent. Having purchased a box of disposable forks last week at $30. I came back to purchase the spoons. The same guy assisted me and said it was $32. I was fine with that. I asked a price on disposable containers. He said $10, or 13 with lids. I didn't need the lids. I get to the register. Box of spoons scans at $38. Containers scans at $16 with no lids. Then the girl makes a claim that it was just an estimate and the worker doesn't know prices. Full disclosure. The worker looks like an honest hardworking young man. He had helped me last week and he was right last week. I have seen him in assisting other customers. Very good. Whilst prices are allowed to increase, it was very poor practice to not have any signage to stipulate prices have increased. I do think it is extremely dodgy the fact they've removed their prices on many items. To avoid disapointment, you need to ask the older shaved head man for prices which i think he is the boss. I heard him tell off the worker "next time say $40". Have prices displayed if you're not a dodgy shop. If i had seen the increase, I would've not lined up so long and wasted my time. This sort of business is more like judge the person and say a price for them. Hence it's dishonest and inconsistent. *Added screenshot of amount charged for forks and another item. Great range of products, decent prices but terrible customer service and cash only. Also not a very clean store or covid safe for that matter... I used to go regularly but now just limit my visits.
This used to be very good when it was run by Real Linda. Since the change of ownership seems like new owner wants to make lots of profit and mark up prices. Some of stuffs I hate here is ATM machine with withdrawal fees and no card payment without charge , kind of encouraging to pay cash so they don't need to pay tax, however customer should be discounted for that..unfortunately that's not happening here...
I bought 2 shower hoses $25 each, they changed me $1 extra for card payments. The same day I installed them both were leaking. I took it back to the shop and they said no refund because it doesn't come with warranty. Be careful buying stuff from them

The guy terry is very arrogant to all customers. Came to get the box i left and he didn’t give it to me although we already called 3 days ago and they said just come and all good. The other customer was also paying and he was arrogant to, they doesn’t trust customers. They always think that we will scam or steal on them. Shame!
Little bit messy but heaps of stuff at great prices. Picked up some good quality gloves at superb prices. Score
