Worst store, expensive products, worst employees, worst staff, worst policies and they don't look after their customers. The Good Guys should be renamed to "The Bad Guys". Had to get a refund for a defective product from them and they wouldn't give me my money back. The staff were rude, and I couldn't get through to the appropriate people on the phone, either that or I was being blocked to do so at every turn. We had a back and forth for a while and finally they agreed on in-store credit, not even my money back. Recently I bought a gift for a wedding from them, the product arrived fine but the box was damaged. The packaging was really poor, only basic paper wrapping and no fragile stickers anywhere. Lastly, my friend had issues with these guys too. They ended up receiving a display laptop instead of a new one (one that people used in-store, not brand new). The staff did nothing to set any of it straight, sadly she didn't want to complain or make a big fuss. I wouldn't recommend these guys at all. Go to Bing Lee, just 5 min walk from these guys, at least you will get friendly service.

Ask for Michelle. She has excellent customer service and is willing to make a deal. Unfortunately others may be difficult to deal with. Front desk definitely needs refreshing.

Received a brand new faulty fridge, that has to be repalced after some dramas. The staff store manager (Ryan) was very helpful in resolving this issue. They sent us a replacement the second day, and helped a lot. Some of the front desk staff were not friendly.

Worst store! The customer service is terrible. The manager at the store has no sense of being polite and Wayne the staff member has no respect and has the worst customer service. They refused me to speak to the manager. I will never step foot in this store again
