Currently having a issue with a faulty expensive laptop which I paid $2700 and in less than a year a letter “O” on keyboard doesn’t work , backlight key and headphone jack don’t work for which I submitted video evidence but astonishing how MSI engineer can’t replicate this. Other known issues are how it overheats and makes loud noise - to me these are major problems and would not have bought this expensive item knowing these issues- seeking a refund because these are known issues for this laptop - also other problems with it but JW are placing obstacles in my way to a refund even saying the MSI engineer can’t replicate keyboard issue when I provided them video evidence of it! Will update on outcome. After sales support from Wen has been helpful though - I do believe he is trying his best for me - I just don’t have faith in durability of MSI laptops though !
I paid extra for express post expecting faster delivery, but the service was still extremely slow. The company took no responsibility for the delay, which made the experience even more frustrating. Definitely not worth the additional cost.
Michael worked on my laptop professionally and patiently until he figured out the issue and fixed it while other shops did not know what the bug was. His service was outstanding. Being a computer geek myself he also told me how he fixed it. Would highly recommend him for any laptop issues, their software is also cheaper than the other retailers. Would give 6 stars if I could.
Ordered a prebuilt pc that they sell, I called up once and was told it should be ready this week. Mind you it should be taking 8 business days max. I have gotten no updates on my order and have only not refunded because the prices are solid for the specs being brand new and it's local. I have a mate that ordered his own CUSTOM build and got an update on his pc order on the same day he ordered while i'm sitting here for almost over 2 weeks with nothing. More than likely won't be seeing me returning. Big ups to the Asian bloke he explained everything. I believe his name is Jason by reading other reviews.
This retailer was the only one in Sydney having a particular motherboard I wanted in stock. I gave them a call to confirm the stock of the item and the very kind gentleman on the phone reserved it for me. I went to pick the item up the next day. The store staff were very kind and helpful. Will buy from them again.
