He was patient and dedicated to making sure everything was properly examined. Beyond the great troubleshooting support, the store also offers a fantastic selection of PC hardware. computer parts store close to home. i can't complain at all. click and collect was relatively quick for it to be ready too. for something i kind of needed ASAP.nnmost likely will be returniung here for a future pc build when i plan to completely upgrade or to add on to my current one. :D
Over the years, I’ve been happy with Michael's customer service at the Bankstown store. A few months ago, I bought some items online from Paul, who provided the same quality service. Keep up the good work, guys!
Two weeks no updates on my order. Reached out twice by me. Told me no ETA from its suppliers at the second reach-out. Won't visit again. Plus the refund will take another 5 business days.
Thursday at approx 15:30 I placed an order for a Lenovo ThinkVision 27 inch monitor at JW Computers at a competitive price and I received it by Australian post at about 11:00 am the next morning. Great service. This monitor/docker was not available on the shop floor of any of the major retailers so I had to go online and I will in future as more choice and it worked very well.
