Much better than the horrible Good Guys store nearby. Their customer service is really good. They employ locally and are always really friendly and attentive. I got a good discount on some products, the guy who served me was really helpful, I have no complaints. There is ample, convenient parking near the front of the shop. You can also order online and pick up the stock from the back.

Don't expect a price match, even though you can prove cheaper prices elsewhere. Generally the customer service is good, some are solid and won't even negotiate. Keep trying until you find the right employee. Front desk service was excellent, quick and professional.

Avoid. Spend your $$$ ANYWHERE else. Seriously. Sold us a BROKEN brand new $1000 dryer. BLAMED US THREE TIMES when we called up about it. Refused to help us for FIVE MORE DAYS. So, I had to bypass their shite customer service (something that Bing Lee obviously hasn't spent a moment training anyone on), and were forced to go to the manufacturer to deal with it. I don't know if ALL Bing Lee's are this bad, but Bankstown certainly is. Horrid staff, horrid treatment of big paying customers. We will literally avoid Bing Lee for LIFE. And I'm spreading the word to everyone I know. Check out the photo of my BRAND NEW WEEK & 1/2 OLD DRYER! It'll be like this until some time next week. Lucky me....

Our fridge broke down so I rang the good guys and they were hopeless. Rang seconds world and they were worse. Rang Bing Lee Bankstown and got the best price and fridge delivered the next morning. They took away old fridge. Ramzi was superb from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The staff of the cashier lacks patient when I try to get a full refund for a broken laptop. She insists to offer me a cheque and a gift card just because she can't contact a bank. After a while, she loses patient and say I'm going to call a bank once more time (hello, I drive here for two hours and just because you waste 10-20 minutes of your time; you decided to be impatient). Worst cashier ever. Never again I will shop here.
