I bought a bedroom suite Unfortunately the toll boy and bed head are both faulty and was told they would ask manufacturer to contact us. Its been over a week ago and we haven't heard from anyone. I've called Forty Winks twice in bankstown and no answer. Also still waiting for the delivery of bed accessories that was on back order. They don't communicate, answer their phone. Poor customer service

My bed I purchased came with mould and it took 3 months before I even got a refund. Poor quality furniture and poor customer service

Disorganised, poor customer service, and very clearly gaming their own reviews page (check out 'Samantha Hanani'). Well-run stores with good service don't NEED to leave themselves fake reviews. Never giving these guys my business.
