I had a fantastic experience at this Total Tools! The range of products is excellent—everything is well-organized, high quality, and competitively priced. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Rami went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left with the right tools for the job. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. Highly recommend this place, and big thanks to Rami for the outstanding support!

I went in to buy an air compressor and the sales rep Amirass took the time to show me the options available for what we needed.  He even organised delivery and delivered it himself  to our site at a time that was convenient for us.   They have a great range of tools, but more importantly, great customer service. Highly recommend.

The boys in store are all genuine, honest and straight forward. Great customer service was glad I changed tool shops they arnt like other companies that try upsell you and just want your money or the sale.

Zain , rami , and Dimitri were excellent in store today. Thank you boys for sorting out my Milwaukee deal today. I will be back
