I made an online order through BCF which arrived with some missing parts. Jessie who I commend did an excellent job in trying to assist in sourcing the missing part through the supplier to contact BCF office on my request. Excellent follow up and kept me well inform. I have also dealt with the store in the pass and again was helpful in assisting with obtaining the marine trailer wheel bearing.

Called up store regarding ozent rv range. Willing to spend $1000 plus in store. Lady on phone so rude. Was told by another store that bankstown had the tent I wanted in stock. Lady said "no I checked the floor. We don't have any left" in a very rude manner. She clearly didn't have the basic computer skills it takes to spend 10 seconds on the computer and check stock levels. She clearly felt that I needed to wait on hold for 7 mins.

Horrible service and advice from “so called experts”! It’s a good thing I knew what I wanted. They might as well have a free google kiosk to get clarity than hire people for such service.

The worst customer service for any bcf store ever. The young lady who was working at the counter on Thursday 6th of July around 1830 was so rude. Changing my local store now.
