Same size as Auburn Branch. Services are being affected by some staff, especially the much older probably, who stays in their job the longest, that feels they do not care anymore for customer service, which I think chooses who deserves his attention and assistance. It is very unfortunate. Good thing the younger staff still has the unconditional customer service they need to provide to whoever comes into their shop and needs some kind of help.
Greeted by friendly manager named Colin. Was honestly extremely helpful in fixing my rod and explaining to me why it wasn’t working the way it should and fixed an issue I was stuck on for hours.nnThank you so much Colin!

Went there to buy a reel a few days ago. Met with the most awesome bloke, Matt. I was confused with which reel to get for my new rod. He took great great care of me, showed me all the reels I wanted, and even let me test out many rod and reel combo. Even tho I was on a budget and confused, he showed immense patience and explained everything in a way that a noob like me would get a clear understanding. Thanks to him, I was able to get the best product. Really awesome staff. Highly recommend this place.
