The service at the store was good, and the place is huge with a wide variety of toys on offer. However, they didn't price match Kmart, which was disappointing and significantly brought down the overall experience for me. I purchased a few items and requested a price match, but the staff were adamant about not matching Kmart's prices. As a result, I ended up going to Kmart to make my purchase instead. Additionally, the Hot Wheels section was quite messy and didn’t have much in stock, which was a letdown.
Excellent store with a wide range of toys for every need. I often go in and walk around before closing time looking for new Thomas and Friends trains for my 3 year old. I missed out on the talking Thomas trains I saw them once and they never came again.nnThe staff are friendly, sometimes they give me stares like what's this strange man doing walking around but I do buy something small from time to time so they don't think I'm weird.
I was looking for a rare toy and Julie was absolutely exceptional in assisting me. She made sure the item was in stock and made it possible for me to be able to collect it. The whole process was simple and easy and she was super helpful and friendly throughout the entire transaction, she's truly an asset to your business, thanks so much Julie!
