The service at the store was good, and the place is huge with a wide variety of toys on offer. However, they didn't price match Kmart, which was disappointing and significantly brought down the overall experience for me. I purchased a few items and requested a price match, but the staff were adamant about not matching Kmart's prices. As a result, I ended up going to Kmart to make my purchase instead. Additionally, the Hot Wheels section was quite messy and didn’t have much in stock, which was a letdown.
Excellent store with a wide range of toys for every need. I often go in and walk around before closing time looking for new Thomas and Friends trains for my 3 year old. I missed out on the talking Thomas trains I saw them once and they never came again.nnThe staff are friendly, sometimes they give me stares like what's this strange man doing walking around but I do buy something small from time to time so they don't think I'm weird.
My first time here and I am already overwhemed by this toy heaven. Super helpful staff and the toys are good price too.

Friendly staff, bunch of toys options. Went crazy over they Lego collectables. Was looking for a board game that was AD$15 cheaper in a competitor store, the salesman offer right away to price match that, witch was nice. Spacious Free parking in Bankstow branch.
