Have just had Zayne from Carpet Call in Bankstown out to measure and quote two rooms of our house and his service was excellent! Professional and friendly, direct, on time, ticked all the boxes! We look forward to having their carpet team come out and finish the job and have no doubts we will be 100% satisfied with the finished product! We will also be looking at purchasing our new curtains/blinds from them!! Won't go anywhere else for our future carpet needs.

My carpet call experience was very professional from the first phone call I made. I was very well looked after by Bill (billal). He was highly respectfull to me and helped me with my purchase. Bill didnt have the rug that I wanted but I got it in a few days. Bill rang me to tell me my rug had arrived and I picked it up today. He took my rug to the car for me and I thought he had beautiful manners. I would highly recommend Carpet Call to anyone and to please ask for Bill he is amazing and wonderful a complete champion.

I purchased a rug from Carpet Call in Bankstown and the service there was excellent!!! The manager Zayne was extremely helpful. He was very honest and honoured a Boxing Day sale for me which was much appreciated! The rug I purchased is great. So soft and easy to clean. I appreciate the service I received and would definetely recommend them!

I rang and arranged for someone to come out and measure my floor space. Ahmet came and he was very knowledgeable. He was even able to explain what other things would have to be done because I had a wall of bi-fold doors and they needed to be removed and sanded back, and he explained this process to me. He was very patient and polite, showing me all the samples and explaining the width of the boards, etc. I was extremely impressed with his expertise and friendliness, which is rare today.

Mohammad, the sales consultant was extremely patient and even came out late in the evening to measure. He was great. However we are very unhappy with the finished work. the studs are coming through making our children's feet bleed. The way the carpet was laid on the stairs is starting to look loose and floppy a few months later. There are way too many joins in the small amount of carpet laid in our townhouse. Will update this review when and if Carpet Call provides the after-service they say they will provide.
