The staff at Bankstown Decorug could not have been more helpful & accommodating when we were looking for a new rug for our loungeroom. Angela was very friendly & knowledgeable & helped us choose the perfect rug for our room. They have a great selection!

My husband and I were thinking that we might recarpet our house after Christmas. Having been purchased a couple of rugs from DecoRug last year we decided to head to Bankstown to check out the range. Well, 2 weeks later, our new carpet is down and it looks amazing. Right from the start when we met Marcus and explained what we did and didn't want in a carpet we were met with a wealth of knowledge. As our house is made of several levels Marcus promised us his A team and Paul and his team certainly lived up to that reputation. It was tricky in parts with kinked bull nose stairs but they look amazing. It was a huge day. Paul and his team worked non stop and finished the entire house in one day and put our large pieces of furniture back into place. We couldn't been happy with the quality of the carpet, the professionalism from start to finish. Great price too.
Went to the Decorug store in Bankstown after going to multiple shops prior including other Decorugs and wished I came here from the beginning. There range is amazing with great pieces I couldn't find in any other store. Markus was a massive help and had a deep understanding of the different fabrics and carpet types. Walked away with a carpet we loved at a great price!
Don't be fooled by the sales tactics, be very afraid of the installation process, they hire substandard contractors that try to rip you off, 2 hours late for the job, smoking break every 1/2 hour , could not understand a word one was saying and the other doesn't speak English, charged me $3 thousand dollars extra for installation with no warning. Go somewhere else
We needed quality carpet for our house and we were confused and unsure what carpet would work for us, Marcus at Decorag Bankstown turned it into a great expletive for us and took all the hassles, not only with his great and honest approach to customers but also he made sure the installers did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend , great service, price and help you need. I was looking for a rug for a while and it was very hard to find something to match my furniture. The sales rep was very helpful and helped me find a beautiful silk rug, Love it. thank you for your help.
Terrible service straight from entering store. As new buyers were constantly criticized and judged for the questions we had to ask, which was followed by further mocking of our inexperience. I was incredibly uncomfortable during my visit. The store owner, Marcus was extremely rude to my mother when she accidentally took a photo which we found out was not allowed and proceeded to respect that rule. But either way Marcus was able to rudely comment on her mistake and threaten to kick us out and call the police for simply trying to understand the rule in question. We were trying our best to remain respectful in this experience although the behaviour of the employees had disgusted us so much that it seemed necessary to leave the store. I would not recommend anyone to go to this store and experience what we had to. This store provides a terrible name to the Decorug industry.
