I wanted a quote for driveway gates. Canterbury Steel said they quote via email and asked me to provide the measurements,  driveway photos and design. Contacted them after three weeks as still hadn't received quote. This time I was asked for sketches! 
I have had two other companies come out, measure, and answer my questions in the meantime. One of those will get the job.

We used Canterbury Steel Works to make a custom privacy screen for our house in Nov 2016. The experience was excellent. Their service was fantastic and they tried to help and solve our challenges all of the way through. They used their experience to guide us to the best possible solution for our job. There were several times when they requested something of us and we couldn't provide it - they worked around it. The turnaround time of the order was reasonable and they kept to their estimate. The install was trouble free, efficient and professional (they even knocked back a 'thank you' tip on the day!). We are very happy with the end product and would recommend Canterbury Steel Works to anyone with no reservation. Thank you Kanti and the team!
