Walked into the shop and it was quite busy with a few people looking around. I walked around and looked at some tiles until I approached one I liked and was similar to the ones at home. I went back to the counter and saw a man who helped me. His name was Tony - he was friendly and helpful. I told him about the tiles I wanted and he told me the price. I told him I wanted 4 square metres and he gave a little discount but it is better than nothing. Tony said the tiles would be here the next day so I could pick it up. The next day, I came to pick up the tiles without a hitch. I paid and Tony helped me load them into my car. When I paid, there was a woman who wasn't very friendly though. She was speaking in another language and it sounded like she was telling off Tony but I'm pretty sure it was Tony's mother so he couldn't speak up. Overall, price and service was great and I would definitely recommend going to Kenlux to get the job done. They also have vanity for bathroom, adhesives, seals, taps and glue.

Bought 25 meters of tiles plus adhesives. Son Tony quoted me over phone a price for same glue in smaller bag. Arrived to purchase and found Tony`s mother at counter. She tried to charge me much more for glue, said Tony knows nothing. Very rude old lady. Keep well away.

Very disappointed i ordered toles for my shop on Tuesday 8 was promised they will be in the next day so i organsed my tiler removed the old tiles called on wednesday to see what is happening with the order they told me they received wrong delivery and thst

I went in and was looking for a shower head and rail, I must have been looking for close to 30 mins without anybody coming to assist, so i approached the front desk and asked for assistance, it was like i had asked them to cut off their arm or something. They showed me one i was happy with, which was a shower rail with a handwasher in one in a box. I purchased it and went home. the box was sitting in my garage for two weeks as we had to tile the bathroom before we could install it,. Once i opened the box which was still sealed we discoverd there was a part missing from it, so i returned to Kenlux with my receipt and explained there was a piece missing, MY goodness talk about no customer service skills, they accused me of losing it, I explained that if all the parts were present i would have no need to come back . they then told me that because my receipt was two weeks old they would not replace the missing part, Tony tried convincing me to take another part that was not the original and i refused as it was not of the same standard as the one that was supposed to be in the box. After 20mins of negotiating , they finally agreed to call the supplier and asked for a replacement, Not a nice experience and will never go back there again. I dont know how they have survived this long

I went in there to look for tiles, bath tapware etc to renovate my parents house. We were looking around for at least an hour and no one came up to us to ask if they could assist us. Anyway we asked for help the gentlemans name was tony he seemed friendly and helpful we ordered all the bathroom stuff and went home. I then remembered that i forgot to order a tap for the bathtub so i called that afternoon and asked to speak to Tony......and this rude lady asked me abruptly WHOS THIS.....and tony is BUSY in a rude manner. Then i told her that i was just in there and i forgot to order a tap and wanted to add that on the order and when she calmed down and told me to call back and speak to Tony in half an hour. I also asked tony while i was there if he knew of any trades that renovated bathrooms and he gave me a contact. In the meantime i received my goods a couple of days later..... I contacted the tradesman Tony had given me and he kept putting off installation by at least 5 weeks after i received all the bathroom stuff. Anyway..... the tradesman told me to exchange the wall mirror as it was too big. I went back into Kenlux as soon as I walked in the door this asian lady was giving us all filthy looks OMG if looks could kill. She said no immediately and i told her that the bathroom guy they referred us to delayed the job and she just yelled/ screamed and bitched that it could not be returned Tony wouldnt even help..... They take your money and their after service is shocking DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.
