Great job and attention to detail on a major service for my race bike / Time RXRS. I have been a customer on and off for around 15 years and after this most recent experience, I certainly will be back again. Recently returning to cycling after injury and baby. John and the team have been very good. While initially there was a mix-up, John was great to deal with, very friendly, honest, easy to talk with and responsive in correcting. Thanks again John.

Careful, honest and patient advice from the Manager. I was so pleased about the customer service that I asked them to undertake the repair that I was going to do myself. Definitely worth a visit.

Bought a few mid-range bikes here. Good service. Only negative was a headset bearing issue, fixed on service.

Thanks John Michel for the great buying experience of getting my first E-bike. Your team there at Ashfield Cycles: Nicola, Emily and Andrew were fantastic to deal with and very helpful in getting me and my wife set up with the correct size bike... and the Specialized Turbo Vado is a hoot to ride. All smiles 😁. I hope to see more of these E-bike on the road.. and less cars 😋

Very happy with service. I stopped in hoping to have rear wheel trued and was pleased to be leaving shop in quick time with wheel trued and brake adjusted. Will be back!
