I purchased my trek hybrid through the lay-by system the store has set up, one of the few retailers that still offers this type of service which is a huge plus! I made small regular payments and went well over 3 months and was never pressured or asked when was I taking my bike, the service was outstanding. The bike is great. I highly recommend the store to anyone looking into a bike purchase!

Great service and knowledgeable staff been here many times. Only find the store is becoming more and more lacking in variety of other branded items. I don’t mind seeing treks for bikes but the other bits and bobs are mainly bontrager. But still awesome store

Pro: Really good service! They fixed my bike really well and fast! Couldn't be happier
Con: As other people already said some of the team is pretty arrogant and let's you feel that they know more about bikes than you do (Well of course that's why you work in a bike store and I'm not, but is it necessary to make me feel like an idiot that I can't fix it myself?)

Service quality is definitely 5 stars and I'll definitely be back, but customer relations should be improved.

Worst bike shop took 50 min with an empty store to put pegs on, 2 hours to just put a chain on with a call in advance on another day I reccomened not coming here .
