We engaged this company to re-floor and re-carpet our unit. Their service was great and we were very pleased with the job completed. On time, efficient and no hassles. One very minor point that I asked them to fix was addressed and sorted without any questions. Highly recommend.

Like many other reviews on here our experience was pretty bad. An initial commitment of a 10day turnaround after measurements were taken turned into 7 weeks before we had our blinds fitted. Lack of communication from the store was probably the standout problem among many as we had to continually chase them to find out what the heck was going on. The customer service from the store manager Ben was like nothing I’ve ever been exposed to before. He was unbelievably rude defensive  and argumentative when I rang to try find out why our order had been delayed for the fourth time. The girl that often answers the phone Holly offered little help and again was defensive and argumentative like Ben.
The only real help we ever got was from store owner Josh. He basically came to the rescue after we’d been stuffed around endlessly for 6 weeks and received terrible service by Ben and Holly.
All I can say is thank god Josh was around or order would have been cancelled and money back requested.

I found Carpet Court Castle Hill to be very helpful. The carpet is good quality and they had a good range. Josh made sure that we were looked after and got the right product to suit our house. The installers were professional and courteous and looked after the furniture that they moved to lay the carpet. I would recommend Josh and the team to others.

We used Carpet court at Castle Hill and they provided a great service. I found the staff very helpful and the end product suggested was outstanding.

More like a 3 ring Circus than a carpet store. First thing I noticed was the smell of hot chips and saw the staff standing around the showroom office table which was covered in food. They were reasonably reluctant to provide any service. From there in went downhill we were mucked around as they booked and rebooked the measure and quote. They lost the measurements and had to re do it , so that was a second day off from work. They turned up with the wrong carpet on the day of install. Either someone elses carpet or the wrong order, who knows. I really dont know how these places stay in buisiness.  Avoid at all costs. There are better stores in Castle Hill.
