I’d like to say that this was about the Castle Hill store but it’s more about the products they sell. We spent over $5k updating our furniture with Freedom only to find that the quality of the merchandise they sell is extremely sub standard. We have been sent 3 sideboards because the doors didn’t close at all on the 1st one, then within weeks of the 2nd they gradually crept out and now the 3rd is just starting to bow to the point they don’t close properly. The round glass top table - one of the legs on the round glass table has come away and it now has a lean on it equal to 2 biro pens. The chairs - We have to keep the Allen key in the kitchen drawer so we can check the screws regularly because they come undone and the chair wobbles. After spending a good 1/2 hour on hold waiting to speak to someone, they have completed a claim form which now goes to an outside organisation, so now we at there mercy. At this stage I would not be happy to give Freedom Furniture a good review.

We ordered few dining chairs then we want a return or exchange just one chair. Even We didnt open the box. But they said NO refund and No exchage from castle hill freedom. I never seen any shop has that policy. Please consider hundreds time before you pay. I won’t buy anything from freedom.

While the store itself is fine - as far as Freedom stores go. What lets this store down is the staff who seem to be in their own little world, ignoring needs of customers. The lovely lady in the hijab was great however.
