I lost my Wahl clipper charger and Rami went out of his way to ensure I got exactly what I needed. He initially had no stock but made great efforts during the week to get it for me. He even called me during the week to let me know he had reserved it for me. Fantastic service and very professional.

I recently bought a beard trimmer here Wahl and it's my third purchase at the store. Each time I have had a good experience, but today, I had to go in and have a part replaced for my trimmer. Rami served me and was outstanding. He offered to replace it as a gesture of goodwill given our loyalty. Highly recommended.
THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. These two sketchy indian scammers tried to overcharge for my shaver. The price was listed as $119 and at the counter they decided to sell the same one for $169. They made stupid excuses that the $119 one was sold out which was already false advertising and their $169 has an extra head. I refused and decided to purchase the $69 shaver instead but then the guy goes to the back and brings out the $119 one which he clearly said few seconds ago was sold out. Such a ridiculous experience and felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time.
After searching online without success i called into the store where i purchase my trimmer. I was after a trimmer fitting that had broken, and i was unable to find anywhere online, or through the manufacturer. Rami was extremely helpful and found one in his 'box of spares'. Very grateful for this.
Located on the bottom floor. They are a great store with helpful staffs. Their price are not cheap unless they are doing a special.

Jordan has been the utmost legend! I have been trying to find a charger for this very shaver I’ve purchased here many years ago. To cut a long story short I have visited many shavershops around sydney.Sales assistants would never really care for my needs for the simple fact that this is a cheap fix for my issue and they prefer to sell me new shavers. Money is not an object so I’ve purchased 2 new shavers in the past years however this is the best clippers I’ve ever had Hence the fact I’m leaving this review to Jordan that at 9 AM was very friendly, welcoming, listened to my needs and quickly found a replacement for my shaver Thanks Shavershop for employing and training this guy that is an absolute Legend!

One star too many. Bought the Smoothskin Bare $299 It was great at first, after 7 months, the fan was very faint. I took it into Shaver Shop at Castle Hill and Sara said there was nothing wrong with it. Hardly used it and now the fan is still faint but very rarely zaps and no heat. Smoothskin advised there is a fault and told me to take back to Shaver Shop but Sara advised that they are not doing anything as it's 5 months out of warranty. Don't go to this store.
