Excellent quality apple products. Store is always busy but still staff manage to interact with everyone. Customer service is good but I felt some staff need to be trained properly. Most of the staff are good and helpful. Neat and clean store. Whenever we went to this store, products are generally available at the store. 7 days return policy is great in which you can return some apple product at the store and get money in your bank account back. Overall experience was great. I highly recommend this store.
Pretty busy store in general. But your turn will come pretty soon if pre-booking was already made with staffs in advance. Overall, staffs are very knowledgeable, Apple gurus, friendly, and helpful, especially they know what I am looking for. Recommended.
Apple’s service is always the best. This is my go to apple store as there is none near Parramatta. So a good 20-25mins drive from my home. The staff at Genius Bar was friendly and amazing in handling my AirPods issue. Though he was not able to do much as they were out of warranty. Replacing them was expensive so I ended up buying new ones.
I recently collected an online purchase from this store and it had left me feeling very disappointed with its customer service - especially considering this is Apple and a brand I have always rated highly. Although the individual who greeted me was very attentive and made me feel welcome as a customer; the person who brought me my purchase seemed like she couldn’t even be bothered dealing with me, was stand offish, rude and spoke to me abruptly. She simply went over and asked another coworker to come over and address my queries, whilst she just stood there - the person who came over was helpful and was able to point me in the right direction. I understand it perhaps may be the busy Christmas season, but perhaps Christmas Casual Staff need more training in customer service - after all they represent Apple.
If you book service with this shop, at least plan to double the time of whatever they told you. I walked in with my 60 yo mum to book a battery replacement service for the second day. We were told it will only take 1 hour if we arrive on time on the appointment day. It sounds simple n quick. So my mum went there by herself on the appointment day. She arrived sharp on time and been told to come back pick up the phone after 1.5 hour. When she went back to the shop after 1.5 hour, the replacement was NOT even started to perform. The staff found some other excuse saying because her screen protector has scratch and they were waiting to ask her if she wanted to pay 30$ for a new one. My mum refused , they said they would need 10-15mins to get battery replacement done. Then my mum waited ANOTHER 1 HOUR. And the new battery went off VERY SOON after replacement. Both The product and the service are terrible. And all of these happened on a quiet Monday.
No star @ Customer service!!! I’m a loyal and a big fan of Apple products. However, I just experienced a very bad customers service experience at Castle Towers, Sydney Australia that changes my mind. HARRY, The Apple store manager. He did not provide the correct information for me to submit my complaint about the bad customer service. His unapologetic and impatient attitudes did not resolve the problem at all. I simply wanted to raise a concern about my unpleasant experience. The suggestion from him was to purchase a product in order to complaint his terrible customer service or bad store experience. It sounds extremely ridiculous and nonsense at all. I felt so upset and lost my trust in the Apple brand. Please review the customer service and report system to avoid to loss your loyal and new customers.
Hello there, I am a 21 year old male, with 30 years of retail experience! And I have never encounter this before!! Angie gave my brother & I the warmest welcomes you could ever receive. I felt fire in my bosom. Peter was extremely helpful. Anna was being an active learner and kept the conversation flowing so it was not awkward. Best Apple store I’ve been to by far in my whole entire life. I highly recommend a pay increase. If you wish to know further more about my experience here please do not hesitate to give me a call. Went in only 4 days before Christmas and quite late in the afternoon to exchange an Apple Watch which was bought as an early Christmas gift. We were tended to within 10 minutes or so even though it was quite busy and was directed to Maureen at the express checkout - she was so lovely and made the experience really easy and less stressful than we first thought it would be since it was so close to Christmas. We only spent about 15 minutes in the store in total and got the watch exchanged without any hesitation!
Don’t go here if Josh the lead is working. He is definitely not an Apple representative. He is more like a dodgy car salesmen! Rude, over bearing, attacking and squared up with me like he wants to fight. I wanted my screen fixed and he didn’t care if I had AppleCare+. He refused to fix my issue. I called to speak to a manager, was told they don’t know who the store manager is!! And they refused to give me their own name!!! This store is disgusting and disappointing, avoid if possible!!
This store is great. Everyone was so willing to help me even though I turned up quite late at night. I was served by Saga. He was so helpful, friendly, and funny and honestly deserves a raise. He was the highlight of my night.
