When my phone's top speaker broke, I went to the apple store to have it checked on the 23rd of Jan. When I went I was told by a young man that it was not able to be fixed unless I get a completely new screen as the speaker was connected to it and was going to charge me $465. I decided to leave and come back the next day to consider my options. When I went back in today, I was served by a very nice lady who told me that that would be completely unnecessary, as only the speaker was damaged and not the display! I ended up being charged only $219, and additionally they replaced the back and the battery without extra cost usually costs up to $500. Whilst I am extremely grateful for the expertise from the lady, I do not appreciate that I would have been charged over 50% more originally. I am not sure whether this was a knowledge issue or trying to get more money out of me, but it was not acceptable. Always get a second opinion.

Despite your appointment you have to wait more 20-30min to be served, don't know what's the reason for appointment then, it's waste of time. It's frustrating to see the lack of respect for customers' time. It makes one wonder if prior scheduling even matters in such scenarios. This can lead to dissatisfaction and may result in customers looking for other service providers who value their time. It's high time the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service.

Very happy with the store customer service. Each staff member knows how to handle customer enquires and they make sure you’re well looked after. I had a pleasant experience with two of the staff members who were able to successfully assist me, Rory and Koray were the great support. They were able to finalise what I needed and overall made my experience in solving the issue I had well done.

I had the pleasure of being served by Manasseh on December 8th, and I cannot speak highly enough of his genuine and kind nature. The level of care and attention he brought to the experience was truly remarkable.nnAlthough the process was small, he made it feel seamless and efficient, ensuring there was no inconvenience or unnecessary waiting.
