Went here to wipe my MacBook, they tried and didn't work. They should have identified the problem at this time because erasing data is not a rare thing to do. Instead they wanted to find out later and then booked me an appointment for Genius Bar an hour later and I had to come back.nnI came just to find out they just needed to plug ethernet cable and I had to wait and come again half an hour later. They could have just done that the first place instead of making me wait for 1.5 hour because they didn't even have to do anything and just plug in the cable and wait.nnEven when I came to the store later after being told to come again after half an hour, I tried finding the staff to ask for assistance but everyone seemed to either busy or didn't care of my existence at all, I just stood there while I saw some staff walked past me and didn't bother asking me anything.nnI managed to saw the staff who handled me earlier so I approached her when she was serving another customer, I sat in front of her but she just completely ignored me and after that just went inside the staff room, even when I stood in front of my MacBook at the Genius Bar she was handling and walked by in front of me. She also said she wanted to print out the proof that I have wiped my data, which she also did not.nnI can understand about the wait time if it was a procedure and the store was busy, but I could not accept the customer service from this store, even when IT IS busy. I am most likely not going to visit this store again.

I was on my way to DJs and noticed the store was quite empty with at least 2 sales attendants standing around doing absolutely nothing. I spoke to one of them briefly about my phone getting really hot, only to be told that he couldn’t help me because they were closing soon. What? Since when did having 70 minutes left in the work day equate to “closing soon”? Get rid of him!nI just made a booking for the following Monday for 4:30pm… I hope that doesn’t interfere with your “closing soon” time.

Sana was amazing! She was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about all the products, including all the details about warranties. She took the time to help me figure out the best iPad for uni without any pressure. Such a great experience.

Extremely bad customer service. Went there, as wanted to check something ro buy. The person in the door didn’t even book an specialist to check on me. He told me just to wait. In the meantime, 5 people from the store were not even busy and never approached to me. I spent 30 min at the store and nothing. At the end I left, will go to another store to buy as their customer service does not represent Apple at all. Won’t come back.

Very good and contemporary store help was quite quick. I was able to purchase my iPhone and MacBook and record time. I didn’t have to walk miles to pay it to counter. Everything was done at the table and I was very satisfied with the Service provided to me.
