I can honestly say I have never experienced better customer service online. MY HEALTH FOOD SHOP and Zabin are simply amazing. I had questions about one of the products I wanted to try and I received an email within minutes with all the information I needed. I received my products very fast, the products are well packaged and exactly what I ordered. Not only did MY HEALTH FOOD SHOP inform me from their amazing knowledge of health food products but they made me feel like a valued customer. 10/10 recommend to others and have recommend to the people in my life.

Hands down My Health Food Shop is the best store in Sydney that has everything you need to find when it comes to clean, trustworthy, healthy, organic product varieties!!! Since I first stepped into this store from a couple years back, this is the only shop I go to for everything I need from supplements, to the wonderful organic food selections to the great personal care and cosmetic products that I know I can trust 100%!! Zabin and her team are really warm and friendly, they are always so very helpful for any questions you might have!! They are like family to me, as I am on a health program that requires me to source all of the best and cleanest supplements, everyday healthy diet and personal care/ beauty products that I can possibly find across Sydney and online, I can always rely on My Health Food Shop’s support and help to hunt them down for me, they are just a phone call away too when I couldn’t get time to pop into the store, and they offer delivery option too which is so very convenient when I needed regular top ups! I would give 10 stars in the review here if there’s an option!! Big thank you to Zabin and her team for your outstanding customer care!!! I have been going to My Health Food Shop for many years now and I would highly recommend this store. Zabin and all the girls have a wealth of knowledge in their field and always help me with my questions and are happy to give me advice on the products. If they don’t have what I’m looking for, which is very rare, they are only to happy to look it up and try and get in in for me. It is always a pleasure when I pop in.

My health food shop is a great store with all your needs in 1 place! The store has a great vibe, everyone is friendly and can assist you in all your nutritional needs and questions. They have a very wide range of supplements and everything is very well-priced.

Incredible customer service! Emailed in regards to an order and Zabin was on it ASAP, super swift responses and harmonious team work. Lee was lovely and efficient with her over the phone practitioner consultation. I will definitely be ordering from here agin and have already recommended to others!

In the current lockdown both stores are outside our 10km radius, so we had to order our favourite lower carb products online. We placed our order on Saturday and we were amazed when it was delivered on Sunday!! No need to battle the traffic when restrictions lift because the online shopping option is extremely convenient and exceeds expectations. We will definitely order from Rainbow Organic again!
