Castle Towers Medical Practice

Amazing staff and reception people! Been going there since they opened up and have loved their attentive services and kindness. My doctor, Dr Salahuddin Ahmed is so knowledgeable and helpful. He always explains things very clearly and doesn't make me wait very long. Much much better than the other centre who treat me like a slab of meat. Not even a smile. Highly Highly recommend this medical centre :)

This clinic is inside the Chemist Warehouse but there is no signage on the front door of the Chemist Warehouse so you just walk in, pass the long aisle and then you'll get there. The reception area is not that roomy and looks a bit needing-some-renovation. Dr Tan is well knowledgeable, treated my little one very patiently and we were very happy with the overall consultation. Dr Cheng Choon Tan is in this clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I was a patient many years ago. Good clean facilities and doctors. The doctor I saw there was very good.

Booked online in advanced and when I called to confirm, they said I had no appointment made. I was genuinely confused and just wanted to find out where I made the mistake when making my booking. The receptionist was so rude and immediately brushed me off and claimed I had booked for somewhere else. When I waned to clarify further she just went off at me and said 'we can argue all day or we can just make a booking for you'. I definitely wasn't argueing or raising my voice-I was genuinely confused and was just asking questions because she wasn't explaining herself properly! Also, I even have a confirmation that my booking was made at this exact place so don't even try to argue that!

Have been seeing Dr Erum Hanif for years now. I value her attention to detail. Sure she almost always runs over on the appointments and can be a bit of a wait. She is the best GP I have ever had. Takes her time and listens and has always referred me to the best specialists
