Fantastic family medical centre. Most staff are helpful and attentive (obviously, everywhere you go there’s always going to be the odd one experience where a staff member may be off-putting). To-date haven’t experienced a negative consult with any of the doctors.
Based on the negative reviews written; most are about the fees and lack of bulk-billing — however, as a client of this medical centre for decades, can honestly say that it’s plastered all over the walls on site, stated prior to booking on the phone and clearly on the website that it’s a private practise and out-of-pocket gap fees apply.
Honestly though, with the gap fees, I can definitely say you get your money’s worth in service and facilities! Would choose this medical centre over a public, bulk-billed one any day!

Waiting with my 6yr old daughter for an ultrasound on her neck which now can't be performed due to medical centre not sending referral as promised. On the phone now on hold for 10mins. Are they really that busy at 7.30am on a Wednesday?
Decided it was quicker to drive there than wait on hold and it was.
No referral, no Dr to available to help , 2 x parents taking the morning off work and child with limited neck movement.
Shame on you Castle Hill Medical Centre.

Had an unexpected GP visit last night, as our 2 year old had a fall. We called ahead and were told we can't make an appointment we just had to come in and wait. The rooms were fantastic, and the staff and doctor were lovely. We waited around 40 minutes and were only with the doctor for 5 minutes (no consult, just looked at the wound and dressed it), went to leave and were told the amount was $81, and we have to submit the Medicare claims ourselves as the practice can't submit it. There was no mention of any fees prior to the appointment on the phone or when we arrived or that there was no Medicare rebate facility.
I found it disappointing, to not have the option to make an appointment, not being advised you have fees or the amounts prior to the appointment, and that you don't submit Medicare claim refunds.

One of their doctors visits my mother regularly at home. He has recently been taking frequent urine samples. Because she has difficulties urinating on demand, he will often ask that she do so when able, and that I deliver it ASAP thereafter to the medical centre. His standard instructions are to hand it to the nursing station staff, asking them simply to give it to him and tell him who it is from.
I attempted to do precisely this yesterday (Thurs 01 March 2018), stating as directed, "This is for [doctor's name] from [patient's name]." The following dialogue with the nursing station staff member then ensured:-
Her: "Umm.... what is it?"
Me: "A urine specimen."
Her: "What am I supposed to do with it?"
Me: "Give it to Doctor [his name]. I just said that!!"
I then remember to hand her a note from my mother, asking if I might take home some proper specimen containers so that she does not have to improvise using glass jars. The staff member reads the note, replies, "Okay" in a clear tone of "ten four"..... and then wonders why I stand there waiting for her to give them to me!! She reads the note again, and only THEN hands me some from the large box full on the desk in front of her.
Just as a nice added bonus: I ask to double-check the info and find that she has written my mother's name down incorrectly, as "Margaret," after I had REPEATEDLY said (and even spelled) "Marjorie."
People like that can get jobs and I can't???!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!????
