They are always helpful but busy. This branch is good for me in everything and I find what I want. The customer service was good, and helpful.
Castle Towers JB Hi-Fi definitely needs more staffs, they were inundated with customers early in the morning but not enough staff to help. I can only imagine the Manager or staff trying to help all the customers. I was served by Craig who was absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service, friendly and very calm even when the queue was starting to build up. Poor guy was juggling left, right and centre but made sure I was served properly. Kudos to Craig
Visited the Castle Hill Towers store this morning to exchange a gift to something more fitting for a 10yr old. I was quickly greeted by a delightful young man, Aaron W. He proved to be incredibly knowledgeable of products and understanding of the age group. What was most impressive was that, although the store was relatively busy, at no stage did Aaron W make me feel rushed in my decision making. Plus, when he saw that I was a military veteran, he looked after me with pricing. The world needs more Aaron W's. He really is an asset to JB Hi-Fi and the community.
Aaron has provided excellent customer service on numerous occasions. He remembered my partner and I and goes out of his way to make sure we had a great deal and knew everything regarding the products. All your staff should be like Aaron :-
Ordered a scooter which needed to be inter store transferred, post had lost the item and spoke with staff member Jane who was superb to deal with, made a callback promise and kept it, and on top of that Jane honored the lost item with an upgrade to the next model. Superb service !!
I've been to the Castle Towers shop twice now in 2 years, both times I couldn't get any service at all. I was one of the first customers to walk through the door, wanting to spend thousands however the shop assistants were too busy talking to each other rather than serving. The second time my wife and I split up to attempt to get service, not a prayer, found one assistant on his phone, asked for help but he just ignored me and kept texting. If you want pathetic service and a very long waiting time, this is the place, seriously don't bother with this shop, plenty of help at other JB shops.
Visited during the Black Friday sales, store was very busy and staff were doing the best they could. The CD/music section was messy with stock in the wrong places which meant finding particular CDs was harder than it needed to be.
I bought my Finest Legion 5. Sales Kevin helped me find my one and transferred from Leichhardt store. I thank you for your genuine help and support.
I ducked into JB Hi-FI at Castle Towers to check out their post-Christmas sales on Bluetooth Speakers. It was reasonably busy, so I waited for approximately 15 minutes around the bluetooth speakers waiting to get some assistance. My loitering must have looked suspicious, because rather then take the 30 seconds required to help me with my questions about the product, the team at the store saw fit to call the police. Thankfully, Castle Hill Police have better customer service training then the staff at JB Hi-Fi, and treated me less like a criminal then their staff did. They even gave me a good recommendation for a portable speaker. I appreciate that it is a busy time of year, but the conclusion I am left with is that, if you want service here, you have to be rude to the staff and get them to help you immediately. Otherwise, you will have a fun little chat with the police. Castle Hill Police, 5/5 for Customer Service. JB Hi-Fi, 1/5
Ridiculous store, the security here make and force people to place their bags at the front of this store due to "suspicious" circumstances of youths doing shop theft, this store has no right for keeping people's bags without their consent, this has to be one of the most absurd jb hi fi stores in sydney, especially if it's in castle hill, too many ego people there
