Some of the staff are rude and treat you like you’ve stolen something. Really don’t appreciate being targeted each time I go to this store

If it weren't for ALDI we'd not eat as well as we do. Their brands are just as good, if not better, than known brands and their fresh produce is great. It's probably easier wrt family size shopping quantities but it's great value for money.
Generally slightly better deals than Coles and Woolies.
You how aldi shops are known for the cashier's speed!!! Well not this shop. This is one of the few shops that has self checkout that is closed at all times. And if you are in a hurry, well tough luck, the cashier just left the only open checkout to fight the old lady over a bag of potatos.
The store has improved now it has self serve checkouts
Nice to do grocery shopping, might end up spending more due to tempting specials, getting wholemeal bread can be a challenge on late weekends
Aldi was ok,I got what I needed,it really make me sad yesterday in this particular Aldi I was passing through and 2 staff members was on the floor talking very loud about the personal life but they don't have time to make eye contact with customers all any greeting at all.
Disgusting customer service and experience in this store today. I don't shop at Aldi as a rule and I reaffirmed my decision to never step foot in there again, especially this store. After spending over $300 they refused to allow us to take our purchases to the car with a trolley. The store manager insisted I leave my credit card details as a deposit. He may as well called us thieves. Who the hell would want to steal an ugly Aldi trolley. We refunded our purchases and took to social media to warn others of this disgraceful organisation.
