Quite a poor experience in store, seems the staff aren't really switched on at this store. Refused an ongoing deal in store, but within minutes I was told I was indeed eligible for this deal using the Optus websites online chat.
Don't waste your time speaking to the guys at Optus Castle Hill - use the online chat functionality of the Optus website instead for much better, faster and higher quality service.

Had Horrible experience with this store. Don't recommend to purchase anything from them. Staff made mistake to link mobile broadband with my existing account. My service was suspended due to payment is not deducted from my account. Optus sent a bill to ask me to pay cancellation fee and equipment fee. Talk to the store. No help at all. Keep kicking the ball to Optus hotline.
