What an arrogant lady at this store!!! Customer service is imperative for sales. I hope Bardot does makes a drastic change with this lady’s attitude and knowledge. She does not know that the people she is dealing with are not just sales people, unfortunately for her some of us are highly educated and knowledgeable people, who hold positions very high up in corporate organisations. Every Bardot in the hills has the WORST customer service castle towers especially there manager with the dark hair ( possibly Fijian background ) never says hello neither do her staff and are not warming at all. The key to sales is to greet everyone or show you care THEY WALK PAST YOU. I will never spend my money here or the one in rouse hill
