Have purchased from this store on numerous occasions and have always found staff to be friendly,professional and knowledgeable. My last visit was extremely busy with back to school deals on Store was packed with kids and parents yet still managed to try on shoes for my son and pay for them and get out the store in 15 minutes flat. Thank you to all the staff there,you did a tremendous job under trying circumstances.

I paid $220 for shoes that fell apart within months. On attending the store to request a replacement pair I was told they were too busy to assist me. After multiple follow ups over months I’m leaving this review for poor quality goods and service.

They have to update their website.  The branch in blacktown told us they got the size im looking for in castle hill branch. Check the website and says in stock. Drove to castle hill just to get that school shies for my son but to my disapponitment they dont have that size. Misleading advertisement!!!

Visited with my elderly grandmother who was in need of a new pair of walking shoes. We were served quickly, and the thorough fitting process was fantastic. Although most of the tech went right over my grandmother’s head, the lady who served us was patient and explained they key points to her. I will continue to purchase my runners here, as well as shoes for my family when needed.

Took my family in today and we were served by Luke. We were welcomed and dealt with professionally and promptly. We were so impressed I ended up getting new shoes for the whole family just because his service was so good! Couldn’t recommend Luke highly enough, he was excellent. Thank you.

I have bought running shoes ftom Athletes foot for years. I have never really had an issue with their service. They looked after my foot needs well. I wear orthotics & my podiatrist recommended a work shoe. I bought the wrong shoe & they were happy to exchange it.

Great bunch of guys! Helped me out sincerely despite the crazy black Friday rush. I had to return a pair too after realising I had the exact same one at home. No questions asked & got a refund the very next day!! Cheers guys

Good service despite hectic time.

Was disappointed today to find the gentleman in front of me asked for a discount and received 5%. Then me as the next customer I asked for a discount and received no discount. Very disappointed to see this happen. The boy who served me just said the price almost inclining I received a discount and when I asked he said no discount. Not happy !!
