Got a Zion mid goretex from this store and the material over the toe fell apart, must have used this pair of boots about 10 times in a span of 1 year to do some urban walks on paved paths. was appalled by how cheap the built quality has become, it seemed like almost no QC was done on these. When enquired at the store, first the operator said he couldnt find the reciept of sale, even though im a store member. Then tells me off saying the warranty has expired. No repair, no replacement, no resolution sorry. Apparent drop in quality of the product, and bad customer service.
I visit the store to get some shoes wish they didn't have my size but the staff member was very friendly polite and he did amazing work on finding what I was looking for,he even tell me if it was ok with me to leave my contact details so when the product was back on stock I don't miss out.In this situation I I need anything from this shop I always will try this place first because the experience that I got earlier, keep the good job.
I recently bought a pair of the Men’s Trail Glove 5. I work in Health Administration at a hospital and spend a lot of time on my feet. These shoes were so comfortable from the start and the arch support is amazing. As I stopped in by chance to get them, I’ll definitely be back for more.
