The service here was great. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. At fitting, I noted the suit had some creases and asked if that would be pressed out prior to pick up and was assured this would be done. I was meant to receive a call to let me know once the suit was ready. I did not hear back and so I took a chance and went in the next day. Disappointing but at least the suit was ready. I asked if it was pressed and the salesmen opened the suit. In the bag all I could see is the front, which appeared fine. However, once I took it out I found that it was badly creased. Only the front had been pressed. The sides and back are a mess, same story with the pants. There were loose fibres all over the suit where it had been tailored that had not been removed. For a new suit out the bag its unacceptable. I've always bought my suits for work at yd, but this branch does not seem to hold itself to the same standards as others.
I had a great experience, very friendly staff, he was knowledge and easy to talk to, found the shirt I wanted and got out quick. Great customer service
Excellent customer service and quality. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who wants any suits, or wants to be served well and have a solid conversation. We were greeted by salesperson Uzo who was very helpful and friendly. Energetic and knowledgeable young man. Will definitely be back for more.
Amazing experience with the salesperson, Kabil. Very friendly and had such a good conversation with him. The quality of the clothes at YD is also great. Definitely coming back here.
Went here to buy a suit and was greeted very kindly by Mish, he was really good help with buying me a suit I really recommend visiting this store.
To be honest, I really didn't want to go shopping for a wedding suit with my husband, but Branden at yd. Castle Hill was our saviour. Not only did he style the right outfit for him, but he also spent time with us and offered suggestions and alternatives to the normal wedding outfit, and we ended with the perfect look which is also versatile! Thank you so much Branden - we will be back!

I went too many stores butt this seems to be the worst one in service The staff just talking themselves not looking their customers. I will never go anyy YD stores again I called 100 times on Friday and they answered once This is so shameful This is frustrated customer speaking
