Worst customer service. You do not deserve even one star. This is my experience of today 10-Dec-2022. The retail assistant was acting over-smart the moment we entered, which we tried to ignore for a while. My husband chose a few shoes to try out, after trying out first pair which fit well, we asked if these are discounted as there was an offer going in- store. He mentioned “no, all you have selected are without”. He further went on , in his exact words- “ I do not want you to try out any of these if you are not going to buy them.” Of course, we left the store the same moment. Florsheim castle hill, you have lost a customer forever. Never visiting this store again. People if you are visiting this store, please be mindful, you will only to be allowed to try out if the retail assistant thinks you can afford to buy it. I have only seen this in movies, but experienced it today for the first time.

We were served by Bethany, who made our shopping experience at the store extremely unwelcoming. To be served, we had to wait in a sequence, whereby only one person could be served at a time. After waiting ages, I walked up to Bethany to ask if we could be served. She said yes, only to make us wait another ten minutes to be served. We then began choosing our own shoes to try on, after which I asked again if she could get specific sizes. She then showed the first customer she was still serving the pair of shoes we wanted to try on. After finally getting the size we wanted, I asked for another style of shoes. She declined, insisting we try on the single pair first. We insisted on trying a second pair. Whilst this happening, I had to go and get the shoes for my partner to try on as she was more concerned about making sure the shoe box was not messed up. During this process, multiple customers were also waiting to be served and were also being ignored by her as she continued to serve exclusively the first group of people. Bethany - work on your people skills. Maria, at the counter on the other hand, was lovely.
Very pleased with Maria's service at Castle Towers, was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Bad customer service!!!.Beware!!! Husband's shoes are mostly from Florsheim. He is always particular with shoes because of his knee problems and always finds Florsheim shoes comfortably fits well on him until he bought a boots last year from Florsheim Castle Towers, NSW Australia. To cut the long story short, we tried to have it returned bec it was not comfortable and was hurting. We were only offered a $50 store credit for a $149.95 that we paid. Being a loyal customer, husband was not very happy about it. Now, he wouldn't even want to go pass their store because he was so dissatisfied how a big and prestige establishment like Florsheim poorly handled our concerns. Not an inch professional!!! Very very disappointing!!!
A good option for both Formal & Casual Footwear.
My bf had to exchange shoes under warranty, the store manager was very helpful and promptly attended to the problem. Swiftly resolved, very pleased.
Good Collection of comfortable formal & semi formal shoes. If you don't mind paying for quality, comfort & style then must try them once. Got a decent deal as well.
Two staff members. One on the phone the other standing on the computer. I was the only person in the store. Waited to be served and I wasn't even greeted. Would qvoid
