This store locates very convenient location in Castle hill. A various of kids stuffs can be found and well displayed in this store. A staff was helpful and friendly. Recommended
Very poor customer service! I was standing at the counter waiting to be served and was rudely ignored by both staff members, one was standing next to me unpacking a box and the other going in and out of the storeroom. Both had seen me and continued on with what they were doing without bothering o acknowledge me. After standing there for awhile I eventually put the stock back and left the store. 24/11/22
Staff are unhelpful, they stay behind the counter, my daughter had to help another customer find what they were looking for. Also, don't bother trying to take stuff back for a refund, I just tried to return an unwanted Xmas pressie, and was refused because they cut off all refunds after the 6th Jan! Won't even provide a store credit. Not impressed.
Extremely poor and rude service, staff member couldn’t even be bothered to look up from what they were doing when i asked if they had a different design available. To top it off two staff were talking to each other and swore in front of my 6yo.
Great customer service received this morning from Renee and Rachael in the madness of a 25% off sale. Service with a smile goes a long way in the retail world. Thanks!
Been served by an extremely rude blond lady on 2nd January 2022 at 11am. No manners to guide the customer. Very unethical service.
