Decent product range and prices. Really disappointing weekend experience here. Three women all behind the counter chatting away merrily with no greeting or checking on customers. When asking for something I would expect to be able to get simple advice on worming tablets I was met with zero knowledge or advice just stares. Weekday experience here was MUCH more satisfactory with all the right knowledge and service but I can't only make it there on week days.

I was appalled by the condition of the fighting fish in this store. The fish are being kept in small plastic takeaway conditions with so little water the fish could not swim around.

This pet shop has such a good range of products. Everything I needed for my rabbit can be found here and the prices are so much cheaper than other shops.

Jason the man. He is my go to guy for all fish enquires. I am know he knows more than just about fishes but great guy, great customer service, lots of knowledge. Always does a bit extra to help customers out Other staff are great and friendly too. Overall the shop is small and not a lot of variety however what they do have is really cheap and good quality. Also sometimes stock location and prices will.not always match so double check prices before buying.

When we found this store, we realised we'd been paying too much for inferior quality elsewhere. Staff are friendly and helpful, and can sometimes order in products they don't normally have on the shelves. And I like their choice of movies!

Very unhelpful staffs. Was asked to come for ph tests after  a week. Travelled long distance to get it done. But the staff's were not ready to even provide a courtesy response. They just asked me to come after 2 weeks "atleast" .looks like they are least interested to sell. If I was told in first place that i should come after 2-3 weeks , would have been easier. Set correct expectations to your customers.will never go again . Just a waste of time.

Rude staff at the Castle Hill store, would not accept faulty mechandise even with a receipt. Email inquires about faulty products get no response from management. Not getting my business ever again.

This store has its perks by offering things at a cheaper price compared to other pet stores. However, I have found their fish do not last long and die within 2-4 weeks. I am sure it is Pet Care 2000's fish as I have purchased the same fish from Pet barn and the aquarium across the road and they have been fine.  My last trip here I witnessed an employee dropping a fish on the floor and then scooping it up roughly before placing it the tank. Their fighting fish tank conditions are absolutely appalling ... kept in TINY take away containers with barely enough room to turn around.  I would NOT recommend purchasing fish here however other products such as rabbit food and chicken food can be found at discounted prices.

Had been a customer here for many years. Can not faulter them at all! Great service, always good and steady prices. Either the manager or any other male staff members helps with taking heavy goods to the car. Always very pleasant and helpful. Great advise on any pet.

Agree with the positive comments here. Very reasonable prices for aquarium products and the girls both times I shopped there were only girls are friendly.
